You have the right to return the products you have purchased within 14 calendar days from the date you received them. To make the exchange you must send us the products exactly as you received them, together with their packaging in perfect condition, as well as all their accompanying documents and the receipt. The products should not have been used and should not be damaged in any way. In this case, you will only bear the cost of returning the products.
You have the right to replace the products with other products of your choice. In case you do not wish for a replacement, the company is obliged to pay you the purchase value of the products within 14 working days from the date of receipt.
We are not responsible for any damage or deterioration of the products after use and in no case are we obliged to replace them.
