Payment Methods

xrysorama.eu offers you the possibility to choose one of the following payment methods:

1. Using a credit or debit card

All credit or debit card transactions are carried out on the secure platform of Piraeus Bank that accepts the following cards – Visa, Mastercard, Maestro & prepaid cards. xrysorama.eu does not process or store any credit or debit card details.

2. Cash on delivery

You can pay the cash price of the products you have chosen to the contracted courier company that will deliver your order. The service is valid for shipments throughout Greece.
Note: According to the law 4446/22-12-2016, as of 1/1/2017 it is not allowed to send cash on delivery to individuals (consumers) with a value of more than 500€.

3. By deposit in a bank account

You can choose the bank that is convenient for you to deposit the amount of your order. You must write your full name on the bank deposit slip as a reason. For the fastest execution of your order you can send us via e-mail to info@xrysorama.eu the bank deposit slip, or contact us by phone at 22610 22370.

The amount received in the xrysorama.eu account should correspond to the exact price of your order as it will be displayed at the time of its completion. Any bank charges should be covered by the customer.

The deposit must be made within 2 working days from the day of the order. If the corresponding amount is not deposited within this period, your order will be cancelled.
